CCO ACCESS & RELEASE MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Position Description

This position is responsible for the development of access role groups and documentation for HealthRules, Axiom TransSend, Amisys, Optum PPS and CES, along with release coordination of those systems impacted within the Configuration & Claims Operations (CCO) department. Create and operate within the policies and procedures set forward and in alignment with department plans, goals and objectives. Act as UCare business single point of contact for the approval of access requests and release, deployment, outage related needs including but not limited to ensuring the appropriate documentation, processes, communication, and controls are in place. Partner with Business Owners and stakeholders to plan and execute all activities, define and document requirements, create and execute appropriate test cases, coordinate with IT to ensure roles are tested and implemented correctly through post-production audits. Work alongside business and technical teams to increase collaboration and optimize processes and communication. Ensure requirements and processes conform to departmental, corporate, industry, government standards as specified, and access roles or groups comply with Department controls and separation of duties.

• Review and approve access requests for HealthRules, TransSend, Optum PPS and CES.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to execute the management of access provisioning from intake requirements through deployment of changes into Production.

• Partner with Vendor Payment Solutions, HealthRules Product Owner, and EDI stakeholders to identify, define, and document access permission changes due to enhancements, patches, upgrades, and/or new implementations.

• Gather, document and translate business requirements into technical requirements for permissions building of access role groups.

• Partner with IT to develop and manage user access reviews, and annual access role review of CCO systems.

• Act as CCO's point of contact for department application release, deployment, and outage activities.

• Collaborate with Department Leadership and IT support on all outage or system impacted changes for lower and PROD environments to ensure proper communication, identification of validation resources, calendars and to ensure documents are updated, etc.

• Create, manage, and enhance processes around CCO release management to ensure proper controls, documentations, and communications are in place and followed. Partner with CCO Process or Functional Owners to ensure release/outage calendar is kept up-to-date and communications to impacted Teams are completed.

• Document and maintain end-to-end process documentation related to owned functions.

• Develop and maintain inventory of department artifacts, documents or tools to support all access and release management activities.

• Develop and work with IT to coordinate the implementation of access and release management processes.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, technology or closely related field; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience

Two years of access or release management, process improvement or project coordination experience. Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must. General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. General knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio. Solid understanding of project management principles. Experience in building out a release management capability and technical writing.
