Job Summary:
Applies high guest service standards. Removes and replaces soiled linens and dishes. Understands and follows elevated steps of service. Assists servers throughout each guest experience.
Job Duties:
- Removes soiled dishes; cleans, sanitizes, and re-sets restaurant tables.
- Restocks service areas.
- Assists servers throughout all guest experience. Thorough knowledge of menu; describes ingredients of menu items to guests.
