As a Store Operations Sr. Business Partner - Remodel Process and Experience, you will be responsible for supporting Special Projects spanning Fulfillment, Replenishment, Front End, Sales Floor, and Food businesses. You will provide support to projects and programs and set objectives for your own work based on the needed support. In this position you will use your talents and experience to improve existing processes and apply consistency across programs. You will proactively collaborate with leaders and partners and take ownership of business challenges and solutions as you support the Special Project planning and execution process. You will be responsible for analyzing data to provide meaningful insights and gaining alignment across multiple stakeholders. You will leverage strong critical thinking and communication skills to work in ambiguity, adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, and navigate competing priorities across multiple businesses. You will be curious, asking questions challenging the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset as you work with key partners and stakeholders. You will support cross-functional initiatives through project management techniques and building relationships with HQ/Field teams, gathering feedback from stores and communicating back to HQ. You will assist leaders in the creation and maintenance of tools supporting Special Projects in addition to providing leadership updates. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, time and resources to ensure deadlines are met including: direct to store weekly communication, updating online tools and tracking mechanisms and data sets, and providing information to construction and team owned data sets. You will be responsible for organizing and facilitating ongoing touchpoints with the field for Special Project program updates. You will build relationships with internal and intra-pyramid partners to drive Special Project program objectives forward and act as an advocate for Stores by addressing escalation questions and concerns to key stakeholders. You will communicate results of Special Project execution measurements in a clear and concise manner to Store Operations leaders and key partners and seek feedback to improve and update the Special Project process with each project. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About You:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a retail or operations environment
  • Project and process management/ownership experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and conflict management skills
  • Ability to establish, maintain, and influence cross-functional working relationships at multiple levels
  • Ability to connect projects and concepts across teams to create an informed perspective
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems with limited direction
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to leverage data/analytics in problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous stores experienced desired
