- Build onboarding and integration project plans withPartnersand collaborate with internal project teams to successfully manage the execution of integrations, onboarding and training.
- Develop,manageand deliveronboarding and training programs including documents, knowledge repositories, webinars,etc
- Maintain project plan, ensuring milestones are on track andthatclear and consistent communication in happening amongst internal and external stakeholders
- Manage to resolution any issues that may ariseduring the on-boarding project
- Ensure completeness of project, and effectively transitionPartner to long-term operating model
ABOUT YOU:
- Four-year degreein related field
- 5+years experiencein project management,onboarding & training
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) withthe ability to interact with mid-level leaders within and outside of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with, and influence,Partnersand effectively communicate with other members of Target +
- Proven ability to manage details of a project such as determiningmilestones,highlighting status of project, managing risks, and driving resolution through personal action or accountability through others
