The Division of Enrollment Management at St. Catherine University invites applications for a Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) Administrator position. This is a regular, full-time position.

Using a performance-and-analytics driven approach to admissions efficiency and effectiveness, the CRM Administrator leads our efforts to leverage our CRM (Slate) to maximize the innovation and effectiveness of all admissions business and strategic processes including outreach, recruitment, admissions, and analytics. Our Admissions team is passionate about the St. Catherine University mission to educate women to lead and influence. We connect with prospective students to support them in realizing their dreams. The CRM Administrator collaborates with our team to drive fulfillment of enrollment goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure CRM modules, rules, workflows, tables, forms, fields, views, reports, and dashboards to systematize business processes
  • Collaborate and cooperate with team members and university stakeholders, representing the department as an effective partner
  • Identify opportunities for more effective processes that fully utilize the functionality of the CRM
  • Integrate SLATE management into admissions enrollment goals
  • Update and upgrade the system as additional functionality and features are available
  • Ensure that the system reflects current organization structure and procedures including all user access and permissions
  • Monitor data integrity of prospect and applicant records and the effective transfer of information to university systems
  • Train all new Slate users and more experienced users when there are upgrades
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries and system issues for resolution

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Two full-time years of experience in college admissions
  • Two years of experience as an enrollment CRM user and/or developer
  • Technical experience with enterprise-level, multi-user applications
  • Experience working with relational databases and interpreting, analyzing and reporting data
  • Experience trouble-shooting and problem solving in a technical environment

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

  • Slate CRM experience
  • Experience developing with SQL , Java, HTML or similar scripting, software development and reporting tools
  • Experience developing best practices for CRM users, including system documentation, user training, coaching and problem-solving
  • Three years of experience in CRM and database management
  • Experience with troubleshooting system, process and data issues
  • Experience with integration between a database and an ERP system
