Primary Duties: Assist the machine operators to ensure quality of product, load and unload machines, ensure the paper rolls are prepared prior to going on the machines, assist with quality checks, and be willing to jump in and provide assistance wherever needed within the mill. .  This is an entry level position - BUT room for Development and opportunity. Training will be provided. 1st Shift with opportunity for overtime.
