Machinist - Full-Time - Contract-To-Hire

Pro Staff currently has a great opportunity for an ambitious manufacturing candidate CNC machinist. The experienced Machinist will assist with machine operation and set-up with our growing manufacturing client in De Pere, Wisconsin. 

In this role you will read blueprints and other mechanical drawings to set up CNC machines, rout, drill, and fabricate parts. You will also assist with material handling and packaging finished parts and use measuring equipment to check for accuracy and quality of parts. Ideal candidates for the entry-level CNC machinist position will have strong math skills, the ability to learn G and M machine coding, and a positive attitude throughout training.

 
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4-5 years machining experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear personal protective equipment

Hours: 2nd and 3rd shift available
Compensation: Based on experience
