Job Details
This position provides leadership and work direction to adult mental health staff within the unit, carries a caseload of high needs clients with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), hosts weekly clinical consultation meetings with all non-licensed staff, reviews all unit Functional Assessments for completeness and clinical appropriateness and sign off on documents, creates a plan for and facilitates monthly staff training, and supports clinical functions of the Scott County Community Support Program - Anchor Center.
MQs: Requires a master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university, have at least 4,000 hours of post-master’s supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of mental illness, and hold an independent clinical social work license such as LICSW. Experience providing and/or supervising Targeted Mental Health Case Management in the State of Minnesota strongly preferred. Strong preference for familiarity with requirements of a Functional Assessment, experience providing training to staff, and experience providing clinical supervision to students or staff in the area of mental illness. A valid driver's license is required.
Hiring Range: $73,734 to $92,167 – DOQ. Range goes up to $115,209 with outstanding performance.
