-We are looking for talented individuals to become part of our passionate team of Fulfillment Specialists in Appleton, WI. 

Will be responsible for accurately assembling and packing customers' online orders and providing extraordinary customer service over the phone and with customers during their in-store pickups. Will also be responsible for the following:

Checking quality of item

Recording out of stock items

Choosing accurate substitutions for customers if a product is out of stock

Shopping orders quickly, efficiently and accurately

Maintaining a clean staging area

Storing orders correctly prior to pick-up

Job Requirements:

Capable of working on your feet for the duration of your shift

Must feel comfortable using or learning to use smartphone based technology

Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally

Customer service focus

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
