Pro Staff has partnered with Medtronic to find their work from home customer service reps! The ideal candidate will have great technology skills, and enjoy troubling shooting issues to solve a problem. This position also has a heavy customer service, call center aspect. The Customer Service rep will be assisting people with their devices, to help them continue living a healthy life at home.

Shift: 10:30am-7pm Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday
Pay Rate: $16/hour

Responsibilities: 
  • Troubleshoot tech question via phone or email
  • Utilize excellent communication skills between customers and coworkers
  • Navigate multiple software programs at one time to provide solutions to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all issues are solved in a timely manner
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with client or customers
  • Complete orders,  shipping and training as necessary
  • Other admin and business needs as requested
  • Meet all Work From home objectives 

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with customer service, or tech support
  • Proven success when working from home
