Pro Staff is partnering with a client in Riverside, MO who is looking for a part-time, seasonal, receptionist to help out the next few months during the busy tax season.

Shift times are 9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday OR 11:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday. Rotating Saturdays will be required.  Excellent attendance is a MUST!

Updated resume is required for consideration.  Resume must showcase 2-3 recent administrative experience in a professional work environment as well as longevity in work history. 
Experience with seasonal tax work and knowledge of tax forms is preferred!!

Job responsibilities include:
  • Answering phones 
  • Scheduling appointments 
  • Greeting and assisting clients
  • Receive tax information from clients and present and review tax returns with clients when they pick up. 
  • Receive and record customer payments. 
  • Assemble tax returns and verify accuracy of data.
