As a Senior Art Director, LatinX Audience, you will help develop creative that connects our brand with LatinX guests. You will use both creative skill and audience knowledge to concept and execute work that celebrates, resonates and furthermore helps to build and maintain meaningful connections with the LatinX community.

You will articulate Target's brand (voice and culture) to infuse all work with an unmistakable Target approach. You'll also understand cultural trends, and think strategically about how to show up for LatinX guests. Your work will live across channels, including Video, Social, Digital, Display, Direct Mail, and In-Store Experiences. You will collaborate with a broad team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Production Artists, Project Managers, and Associate Creative Directors -- bringing Target brand and category campaigns to life, while infusing audience perspective. You will need to demonstrate strong taste level and experience in photo/art direction, graphic design, and typography.

You will deliver on business goals and objectives, and advocate for empathy with your passion to understand guest needs. We will support you along the way with onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Senior Art Director. About you:
  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 5 -7 years of creative experience
  • Experience developing compelling work for LatinX audiences
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth of design and photo art direction expertise
  • Strong conceptual skills and expertise in typography and use of photography
  • Strong knowledge of CS software and the Mac platform
  • Flexible to travel (weekends included)
