Pro Staff's is currently seeking qualified assembly workers for our client, Medtronic, in Brooklyn Center! This is a fantastic role for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a great company. They are seeking people to work across all shifts.

This role is open to entry level applicants, though previous assembly experience is a huge plus! In this position, you would be working in a clean room environment to assemble medical devices such as Batteries and Pacemakers using Microscopes, tweezers, and other tools. 

Hours and Pay:

1st shift | 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday through Friday | $14.50/hr
2nd shift | 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday through Friday | $15.50/hr
3rd shift | 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday through Thursday | $16.15/hr

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

You will be working in a team environment while on assignment here, following written processes that are provided to you and your coworkers. Qualified candidates will have:

• Ability to read and interpret written manufacturing processes.
• Have a strong commitment to work quality and a "see something say something" attitude.
• Comfortable learning and operating a microscope for the majority of your shift.
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small parts.
• Strong desire to learn and the ability to maintain good attendance while on assignment.
• While not required, previous manufacturing experience is nice to have!
