Assistant Production Manager
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Assistant Production Manager to join a busy organization in Green Bay, WI! this is a GREAT opportunity to learn and grow with the organization and act as a vital back-up to the Production Manager.
The primary duties will include:
* Back up Production Manager - * Assist with Production planning - equipment/machine operation - trouble shooting (can be trained)
* Schedule work and staff * Ensure enough supplies & product is available for the jobs * Assist with Work flow & production
1st Shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)
Contract-to-Hire
$17.00 - $22.00 +/hour - depending on experience
Experience:
* Workforce planning & production
* Supervisory experience (1+ years experience)
* Knowledge in the printing, fulfillment, &/or mailing industry (helpful but not necessary)
* Manufacturing, Production, Machine Operation
