Parts Coordinator - Days
Pro Staff is recruiting a Parts Coordinator for our client company the offers great pay and full benefits after hire-on! In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and tracking parts needed for maintenance, using Oracle and the maintenance system. Core duties include:
- Fill orders from stock
- Support facility buyer
- Reconcile work orders with part numbers and inventory with parts check out sheets
- Reconcile interface between CMMS and Oracle on stocked parts
- Receive parts in Oracle and COGZ and distribute parts
- Sent and receive packages via UPS and USPS
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Other parts/receiving related duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent degree is required. Post-secondary education is preferred. Must have prior manufacturing experience and 2+ years’ experience in purchasing or receiving parts. Prior experience using ERP system is needed, and Oracle experience is a plus. Must have strong analytical skills and be proficient with MS Office. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are needed. Must be able to lift 50lbs.This is a temp-to-hire position with hours of 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri. Pay is $21.75/hr.
