Job Details

Pro Staff is seeking experienced an AOI Verifier! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity located in Oakdale, MN! This is an excellent company to grow and build your experience with, while being rewarded for your hard work! 

Pay: $14.40/HR
3rd shift: 10PM- 6:30AM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·         Review AOI inspection for accurate, consistent detection of SMT paste, component placement and solder joint defects. 

·         Load programs per documentation. 

·         Using magnification aids and stereo-microscopes and inspect populated printed circuit boards 

·         Ability to recognize problems in the operation process or with components 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·         A high school education or equivalent along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

·         Quality control and part identification experience. 

·         Successful completion of ESD Safety training and IPC-A-610 certification. 

·         Soldering experience toward IPC-J-STD-001 is preferred

·         Good vision, hand coordination and manual dexterity are required. 

·         Ability to read, write and otherwise communicate effectively in English. 

·         Must be able to read and understand work routers, bill of materials, assembly drawings, component identification, and component polarity. 

·         Basic PC Knowledge.
