Pro Staff is currently partnering with a House Cleaning company in Maple Grove who's in search for a remote Assistant to help with scheduling and price quoting! The right candidate will have access to a phone line and have a reliable computer and internet connection, as well as a go-getting attitude. This position will start as a temporary, part-time role, but has the potential to become a full-time, permanent position. 

Pay Rate: $17/hr
Schedule: M-F 9:30am-1:30pm

  • Answer calls from customers regarding scheduling and pricing of services
  • Take detailed notes and report back to Manager
  • Deliver excellent customer service to those calling in to create repeat customers 
  • Assist with Social Media postings including copy and content
Job Requirements: 
  • 1-2 years of Office, Customer Service, or Reception experience 
  • Must have access to phone line, reliable computer, and strong internet connection
  • Must be reliable and be able to work with minimal supervision
