We are looking to add to our exciting and warm culture with a responsible Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Bookkeeping duties and responsibilities include billing, expense reports, processing payments, monthly reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.  Administrative Assistant duties include ; assisting in daily office needs,  making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems and miscellaneous general administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work , experience with MS Word and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Bookkeeper and  Administrative Assistant , we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, we want someone that can utilize their skills to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
