Digital Communications Manager; Social Media & Email

Our client, a Natural Skin Care and Wellness company is seeking a Digital Communications Manager to refine and grow their brand identity across our digital channels. This role will be responsible for building and executing an organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms like Amazon Live, while also contributing content for email and SMS marketing. The right candidate enjoys mining the community for insights and then translating those insights into initiatives that drive the brand forward.

 

Description:

  • Develop an overarching organic content strategy, inclusive of competitive research, platform determination, and messaging.
  • Work across departments to execute strategic, engaging, and creative social programs.
  • Refine our brand voice across social media, email, and SMS.
  • Establish a data-driven approach to deliver increased awareness, engagement and traffic from social channels.
  • Contribute to concepts and copy for new product launch campaigns.

     

    Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media (in-house or agency)
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Strong record of developing and executing successful large-scale social media brand campaigns with measurable results
  • A team player who is eager to grow and learn in an entrepreneurial organization
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
