A role within Roundel is an opportunity to be part of a strategic priority business for Target. As an Audience Manager you'll leverage a combination of strategic and technical skills to support the design and implementation of a unified, real-time, cross-channel, cross-platform view of the Target guest. Our team sits at the intersection of data, technology and marketing, leveraging what we know about our Guests to power performance-driven audience strategies for our clients. In this role, you will build scalable, automated audience capabilities that will power both Roundel and Target Marketing campaigns. You will support the business strategy and vision for these capabilities and partner with internal and external teams to make them comes to life. Additionally, you will manage the day to day execution and operations for activating audiences and develop standards for safe and compliant data transmission. About you:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including digital audience and segmentation
  • Highly detailed oriented with excellent organization skills while managing multiple ongoing projects
  • Natural curiosity, persistence and problem-solving skills
  • Effective team player with a desire to collaboratively solve problems
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated data acumen, experience using querying languages (e.g. SQL/Hive), preferred
  • Experience facilitating communication between business and tech teams, including presenting technical material to non-technical audiences, preferred
