As an Information Security Analyst, you will perform activities to provide continuous protection of critical data assets, engage in company initiatives to identify and prioritize information protection risks, and facilitate the mitigation of data risks across the enterprise.
As a DLP Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring alerts generated from the DLP systems and other technologies. You will drive incident response and work on event escalations. You will adhere to processes required to maintain the DLP system and analyze data for potential threats to the organizations. You will identify violations of corporate policy and acceptable use guidelines and provide recommendations on ways to protect confidentiality and integrity of data. You will perform risk remediation activities to reduce impact of user based incidents and conduct business process mapping and strategy sessions with key stakeholders to define and prioritize data protection needs. You will develop and refine security incident management and escalation workflows, and train business and technical partners on system use and remediation procedures. You will develop reports and dashboards for demonstrating risk reduction results and assist in the design of employee communication and security awareness training opportunities. This role will also require you to interface closely with other DLP Security Analysts, Managers, Engineers, and internal customers

About You:
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 1-2 years' experience with event handling and incident management
- Good understanding of information security, risk management and compliance concepts
- Ability to demonstrate analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, logic, and solution orientation
- Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Must be proactive, and have the ability to work independently, efficiently and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to learn quickly and apply new tools and techniques
Additionally, we are interested in:
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology
- Industry standard security certifications such as Security +, CISSP
- Previous experience working in Information Security and/or strong desire to learn this domain
