In this position, you will:
  • Develop expertise within the Fraud Prevention domain - processing orders in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner through critical thinking and your attention to detail. This will all happen in a fast-paced environment to ensure that authorized orders are processed and fraudulent orders are prevented.
  • Consistently deliver strong productivity metrics, through ever-changing processes and leadership initiatives beyond baseline expectations.
  • Initiate new strategies and collaborate with partners to identify and propose solutions to problems with current system and processes.
  • Provide on-phone customer service to guests to confirm Target.com activity.


Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; 4 year degree or equivalent experience desired

• 2 years Credit, FPDR, TTS, or related experience

• 1-2 years of previous guest experience or customer service experience

• Proven superior verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating and decision-making skills

• Ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional manner, show empathy, and de-escalate as needed

• Ability to use various information sources to answer questions, verify and confirm Target.com activity, and identify problems and appropriately resolve guest issues

• Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications
