The Product Operations team within OBS&D is comprised of project managers and sourcing managers. As a Director of Project Management, you will lead, coach and develop a team of project managers at various levels, while leading initiatives that impact our Home Brand businesses. You will collaborate with VP/Sr. Directors and Directors in Sourcing, Development, Product Design & Merchandising to drive cross-functional priorities & problem solve pain points that are specific to their businesses. You will work closely with the Project Management Center of Excellence to elevate and support process, tools, and technology for Project Managers.

About you:
  • 4-year college degree in product development or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 15 years experience in Project Management, Merchandising, Product Development, and/or Sourcing, with a successful track record of operational excellence
  • A growth oriented, learning mindset, and the ability to inspire others to seek and embrace change
  • Inclusive leader that has driven action in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Demonstrated leadership expertise applying innovation approach, and strategy, and incorporating into a product development environment
  • In-depth knowledge of merchandising, design, sourcing and operations
  • Ability to interact, negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate ability to lead broad-based collaborative teams
  • Outstanding oral, written and visual communication skills
  • Presentation and facilitation skills with senior level audience
