ASSOCIATE DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER - CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

Position Description
This position is responsible to oversee the development and delivery of custumer-facing digital products and experiences. Responsible to collect business needs and articulating them into road maps, feature list, user stories and other artifacts. This position partenres closely with business stakeholers, UX designer and IT partners to help drive these projects to completion.

• Define the comprehensive set of products features and experiences to meet consumer needs and stakeholder expectations

• Quantify and prioritize potential and new initiatives based upon expected business impact and create various scope options dependent on priorities, LOE, cost/benefit expectations, etc.

• Facilitate a variety of user-centric research activities to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.

• Perform stakeholder analysis to ensure comprehensive inclusion of key stakeholders and their needs are understood and documented.

• Develop use cases as a key communication tool between the business and technical teams.

• Partner closely with UX designer and develop mockups and/or wireframes that can be socialized with the business.

• Ensure implemented projects meet organizational goals and business needs through post-launch and ongoing performance analyses.

• Identify and resolve or escalate in-production issues/concerns and helps troublshoot productions issues that arise.

• Creates product roadmap and manages product backlog in coordination with Digital Experiene Manager and key business stakeholders.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred; demonstrated work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience
Experience with Digital technology.

Preferred Experience
Experience in health care or managed care. Experience with Agile methodology. . Experience working closely with a vendor based cloud solution. Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
