A role with Process Operations means a big opportunity to leverage operational experience and data insights to create strategies that fuel processes like truck unloading, inventory replenishment, setting product, signing, pricing and backroom organization keeping stores in stock to ensure guests find what they are looking for (and more). Use your talents and experience with advanced proficiency on specific subject matters to apply established standards, practices and processes, lead projects within your department, and participate in large projects across the enterprise. Demonstrate self-direction, detailed problem solving, independent judgment and decision making in order to drive results for Store Operations.

As a Process Operations Lead Business Partner supporting - General Merchandise functions, Fill, Backroom, and Audit, you will drive an improved guest experience by enhancing and developing processes, being the voice of the guest, and advocating for store teams during strategy development and all phases of execution. You will define and lead strategies for process improvements including how stores replenish inventory, how stores ensure accurate data on the sales floor and backroom organization processes by developing strong relationships with partners in the field and at headquarters that include but are not limited to Experiential Operations, Operations Planning and Design, Product and Reporting Teams. You will be the voice of Store Operations in enterprise cross-functional meetings, be responsible for representing day-to-day decisions, and driving strategic innovation and change, while ensuring store impact is understood and communicated to partners and store teams. You will be involved in creating, evolving and delivering training and development of processes for our General Merchandise Team Members in stores. You will also influence and support change management for improvement in the area of technology. As part of this role, you will be required to proactively understand, identify, and efficiently solve challenges and issues with operations in store. You will establish and support comprehensive project plans and hold partners accountable to ensure all deadlines are met. While supporting HQ initiatives, you will also lead and coordinate store visits to simplify processes, and educate partners on the impact of their work. This includes seeking feedback from our store leaders to gain clarity on opportunities within your areas of accountability. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About You:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-9 years of work experience in an operations environment preferably in retail
  • Ability to build strategic vision and drive organizational change
  • Experience influencing key business partners and senior leadership, without authority
  • Ability to develop and communicate an informed perspective
  • Project and process management/ownership experience
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction & solve problems
  • Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise
  • Critical thinking, and conflict management skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
