Overnight deep cleaning of all kitchens and bars, ensuring that written cleaning service standards are met for set work schedule. Uses various specialized equipment, chemicals and supplies to accomplish detailed and thorough cleaning.

Overnight deep cleaning of all kitchens and bars, ensuring that written cleaning service standards are met for set work schedule. Uses various specialized equipment, chemicals and supplies to accomplish detailed and thorough cleaning.
Job Duties:
- Deep cleans all kitchens, bars and other company facilities as needed, following all written guest and department cleaning service standards by using specialized equipment, chemicals and supplies.
- Operates dish machine
- Occasional Tasks
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No minimum education requirements
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting
- Must be able to lift 50 lpounds / 50% of work time
- Must be able to push or move 250 pounds
- Varied temperatures between freezers and hotline equipment
