The Executive Director, as support center executive, is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to achieve community operational performance and critical success factor goals and standards in accordance with the mission, philosophy and values of the community and the management entity of Benedictine.  The governing body appoints the Administrator/CEO who is (i) licensed by the State, where licensing is required; (ii) Responsible for management of the facility; and (iii) Reports to and is accountable to the governing body.
