You will promote best practices across the entire company by developing deep knowledge and client relationships in each spend category. Provide expert integrated business planning and stakeholder management for all indirect items and services. Apply intelligent rate, demand and specification levers to source, negotiate and contract services while sustainably lowering costs. Propel the business with accurate and comprehensive demand forecasting, financial planning and item setup. You'll help to change the game for our internal online catalog end users by making the entire buying process faster and simpler. As a Sr. Professional Procurement Services you'll develop a deep knowledge in the area of Procure to Pay (P2P) with an extensive command of the tools, processes and techniques required to support partner and client business needs. You will develop plans to enhance systems and business processes across the functional area to execute work in a timely fashion. By monitoring and utilizing feedback systems, you will be able to inform suppliers and internal partners of adherence to, and deviations from, documented expectations. You will provide support to Enterprise teams by troubleshooting and delivering resolution of issues ensuring purchase order and invoice transactions are flowing properly. You will lead initiatives which drive continuous improvement of processes, recommending updates to leadership which will create efficiencies and time savings for the Procurement and the business teams we support. Troubleshoot and problem solve system and process issues, and make recommendations on improvements to remediate issues and deliver innovation. You will serve as a category owner building a deeper relationship with specific partner teams to understand their needs around PO and level 1 My Help support.
You will be seen as an expert in Procurement processes to help bridge gaps between Enterprise teams and Procurement, identifying issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring clear expectations are communicated to all involved. You'll ensure activities related to resolving MyHelp cases across all Procurement teams are maximized and done in a consistent manner to provide faster level of service (LOS) to stores. You are responsible for organizing monthly business reviews with Purchasing Operations leaders highlighting areas of success and opportunity for our combined US and India teams. Utilizing metrics and trend analysis, you will develop program level strategies and make recommendations to leadership on ways to drive continuous improvement of Procurement Services systems and processes. You'll demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and manage a quality control process to confirm expected performance standards are maintained for Purchasing Operations US and TII teams. By working collaboratively with cross functional partners, you will develop, implement and maintain Chatbots to drive improved performance and efficiencies related to supporting stores. You will be fully cross-trained and act as a primary backup for correcting Go-Cart hierarchy access and system related issues for application users. You will be responsible for developing and utilizing metrics, reports and dashboards which are used to assist the teams you support in making decisions, gaining efficiencies, and driving change. You'll leverage your communication skills to interact effectively with support partners, cross functional teams (CFT), suppliers and Procurement teams. About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking and building presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, operational support experience, technical aptitude
• SAP, Ariba and Salesforce experience preferred
