A role with Target Channel Activation Team means being close to the action of delivering marketing outcomes & profitable sales to Target by bringing the business's multichannel vision to life. You'll create and implement industry-leading digital media plans for Brand & Category Marketing while staying on the cutting edge of emerging digital media innovations. Cultivating an environment of full-team engagement, leadership and personal development, you'll be a champion for open communication and program transparency.

As a Sr. Digital Display, Audio & Video Manager you'll define, create, nurture and communicate a framework for activation and optimization across external digital media channels (inclusive of display, audio and video) to drive brand and performance outcomes for the Target. You'll manage multi-million dollar budgets through planning, activation, and optimization to goals. You'll work closely with campaign teams to clearly articulate external digital's role in driving results for brand, category, service and/or guest acquisition and engagement. Identifying opportunities for automation within the toolsets in order to drive scale is critical and will require collaboration with creative, campaign, and marketing product teams. You will leverage your strong analytical skills to manage and consume large amounts of data and synthesize into actionable insights that improve campaign efficiencies and maximize results for Target. You are expected to keep pace with digital advertising innovations, overall digital marketing trends and translate relevant industry developments into enterprise strategies for Target.

About you

• 4-year Degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related areas of study or related concepts

• 6-10 years of experience in digital media planning & activation inclusive of direct buys, programmatic media, video and digital audio channels.

• Experience with media planning & buying tools including trafficking, reporting and competitive research (i.e. Google Marketing Platform, DSP such as DV360 & TTD, comScore, etc.).

• Proven track record balancing program scale with program efficiencies

• Detailed knowledge and experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

• Highly detail oriented with excellent organization skills while managing multiple ongoing projects

• Advanced computer skills, including high-level proficiency in Excel (including, but not limited to, pivot tables and VLookups)

• Comfortable navigating through ambiguity with a strong sense of prioritization
