Sr. HRIS & Compliance Specialist
- Provides HCM support to Support Center, regionals and community staff. Maintains data integrity, and assists in HCM implementation process, community transitions, and system enhancements.
- Provides timely support to PD Regionals and communities on workers compensation and compliance related topics.
- Provides assistance in support of department projects as assigned.
- Supports the Workers’ Compensation program to ensure compliance and best practices are followed.
- Supports People Development programs as requested to ensure compliance and accurate administration.
- Promotes Benedictine’s Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing these values to life in the organization.
- Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
