As the Sr. Project Manager for Adult Beverage, you will manage the cross functional team of internal partners to update and modernize current Adult Bev systems, processes and solutions. You will drive synergy through detailed, cross functional coordination of activities across strategic initiatives by aligning all project facets in proper sequence.You will establish toll gates and major dates for deliverables/share outs and connect them to broader information flow across the enterprise. You will identify and address key decisions, messages and risks via appropriate escalation. Primary outcome is delivering consistent and cohesive strategies and solutions where all stakeholders are properly involved and where rigorous prioritization allows for resources to be spent on the initiatives that matter most. While this is an individual contributor role, this role will work across several teams to drive timing and alignment of deliverables.

Create and own project plan and end to end timing & action (T&A) in support of the adult beverage business remediation process.
  • Responsible for establishing optimal approach for the project, workstreams, and partners to ensure unique business nuances are captured
  • Partners with project team and stakeholders to define project requirements, constraints, and assumptions in order to establish the project deliverables, resources needed, and timelines
  • Outlines project requirements and seeks necessary input from all functional areas. Functional areas include; product technology teams, finance, accounting, legal, compliance, HR, merchandise capabilities, stores and operation teams, to name a few
  • Creation of master project calendar (single source of truth T&A ) and deliver on business objectives, strategy, and project goals
  • Coordinates all tasks outlined in the project plan (from kick-off through implementation and documentation)
  • Develops, tracks and drives process problem solving including metrics and KPIs
  • Identifies opportunities to modernize our foundation; including identification of future state enhancements and capabilities
  • Partnership and connections with Strategy & Innovation team and teams of the like to understand best practices
  • Establish a centralized location for project teams and leaders to access information regarding the health & progress of remediation
  • Partner closely with Technology teams to identify, lead and influence needed shifts in technology roadmap and development; with Store Operations to influence enhanced processes to support adult beverage remediation and future business needs


Drive Adult Beverage business priorities through cross functional coordination and establishing best practices and processes
  • Leads and facilitates CFT team to bring strategy to life, including licensing, expansions, remodels, government affairs, to name a few
  • Partners closely with Sr. Divisional on understanding of longer range strategy and capability needs
  • Develop routines and community engagement strategies with Government Affairs, Licensing, Legal, and local Field leadership teams that serve to grow the business through expanded footprint and service offerings
  • Partner with business and financial leadership to build growth roadmaps and budgets that support growing the footprint of the business
  • Interface and coordinate with digital, operations, remodel, and design CFT's to build operating plans and routines that support the business
  • Establish central repository knowledge base and documentation of current practices, policies, licenses, rules and laws across CFT
  • Establish best practices, process design and routines for functional partners to monitor ongoing changes, provide regular updates on priorities and progress
  • Partner closely with the team to understand future needs; develop roadmap and capabilities; establish continuous improvements and best process to fully modernize the business and unlock future growth


Minimum Job Requirements
  • Four year degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of Project Management or equivalent experience running structured, well-coordinated approaches to projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & comfortable communicating with all levels, including Sr. level leaders
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency, initiative, & proactive planning
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems within ambiguity; being resilient and working through iterations

Desired Requirements
  • Experience in retail environment; specifically fast pasted, dynamic and complex businesses
  • Project Management Certificate, PMP Certification, Agile training or equivalent experience
  • Business acumen related to Beer, Wine and Spirits industry
  • Strategy development experience, experience building capabilities and innovation roadmaps
