As a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) Finance, you'll oversee the financial performance of the Southeast regional distribution and fulfillment centers. You will be responsible for the ongoing support to the Regional Vice President and all Senior Site Directors within the region. You will play a critical role in Target's transformation ensuring financial viability as we evolve to a faster and more efficient Supply Chain model to support our continued growth specifically with your support of our replenishment automation and productivity journey. Reporting to the Director of GSCL Finance, you'll be supported along the way to challenge your clients to drive continued financial success and to provide them with analytical insights of their performance. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:

• 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (4-6 years) in Finance and/or Operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives
• Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Travel up to 25% of the time
