BUSINESS ANALYST SENIOR - TECHNICAL

Position Description
This position is responsible to manage CCO department tools, processes and related reporting in alignment with department plans, goals and objectives. Act as department single point of contact for applications and processes including, but not limited to SharePoint, Macess/EXP, ServiceNow, 835/Remittances, and EOBs. Act as knowledge manager, ensuring the appropriate collection, organization and archival of departmental data, reports, artifacts and correspondence. Collect and analyze data and report findings and recommendations. Plan, document requirements, and design and document business processes; make recommendations for change in order to improve member/provider experience and/or employee engagement and enhance department efficiency. Manage process and tool enhancements throughout the project life cycle including but not limited to defining requirements, authoring various project-related documents, managing communication and relationships, and assisting with project validation through test planning and execution. Work alongside business and technical teams to increase collaboration and optimize productivity and communication. Ensure requirements and solutions conform to departmental, corporate, industry and government standards as specified.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to perform analysis, define business requirements, and implement innovative solutions that solve business problems and support CCO Department Plan.

• Act as the CCO single point of contact for defined processes and applications.

• Document and maintain end-to-end process flows. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline related department and cross-department processes. Measure improvements.

• Collaborate with CCO Leadership to identify and implement sustainable process improvement efforts involving enhancements to end-to-end processes, reporting and/or tools to increase department effectiveness and efficiency.

• Gather, document and translate business requirements into technical requirements used for driving technical improvements.

• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard capabilities to enhance the visibility, quality and communication of departmental metrics.

• Coordinate key project activities. Drive project efforts and facilitate project-related meetings. Partner with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure seamless and predictable outcomes.

• Develop and maintain inventory of CCO artifacts, documents and reports. Optimize availability and delivery of CCO documents, training material and reports for staff and leaders.

• Develop and implement process controls. Collect baseline and post-implementation measures to ensure solutions deliver desired business benefit.

• Committee and/or work group representation as agreed upon with AD.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's degree in business preferred; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience
Five years of HealthPlan Operations experience. Three years of business or data analysis or project management experience. Three years of process improvement experience. Proven facilitation and communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience
Microsoft Project; Visio, Macess/EXP, SharePoint, ServiceNow. Technical writing. Training development and delivery.
