We are an international business aircraft sales, acquisition and consulting firm founded in 1983; your contributions will have an impact.  Must be a self starter with the abilities to start and complete projects unsupervised.  Office hours are 8:30 to 5:00 weekdays. 

Job Description:

• Market Research
• Target Marketing Campaigns
• Business development
• Ability to search for various related aviation services to support our projects
• Conduct aircraft analysis projects (performance, comparisons, etc.)
• Prepare proposals for new business as we as conduct RFP’s for vendor services for our projects
• Aircraft Appraisals 
• Interacting with potential and future clients via the phone
• Data entry
• Prepare presentations
• Prepare Specification Sheets on Aircraft
• Plan out and attend industry event meetings

Qualifications Include:

• Must be skilled in Microsoft office along with having a general understanding of accounting. Knowledge and use of Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a college degree; a background in Marketing, Finance, Communication and Aviation is a plus.
• Attention to detail. Possess capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently prioritize, track coordinate and complete multiple tasks.
• Collects data for, prepares, and distributes reports and presentations using appropriate technology; runs basic system queries and reports.
• Updates office databases, lists, and files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Pleasant phone skills a necessity.
