The Talent Analytics team
  • Integrates into the business as strategic HR analytics partners and anticipates and uncovers stated or unstated needs.
  • Listens and empowers team member and external stakeholder voice
  • Provide reporting solutions to help inform on the current state of the business and help facilitate process at scale
  • Uses our analytics expertise to test, measure, analyze, understand and answer various business questions
  • Connects our understanding across business and HR to deliver data driven products and solutions
  • Provide meaningful insights and recommendations


About the role:

As a Lead Talent Analytics Business Partner on the Talent Analytics team, you will leverage business area knowledge in partnership with our analytics teams to deliver key business insights that support the development, delivery, and implementation of solutions that support business strategies.
  • Consult with stakeholders to proactively identify and prioritize opportunities that support current and future strategy. Utilize consultation skills to assess and uncover customer needs, as well as influence and educate your audience.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end customer experience. Build effective relationships and utilize your knowledge of the external landscape, industry and business area to build trust and serve as a thought partner.
  • Provide insights as requested by business teams that address specific inquiries within the business, and provide consultation during all phases of the development of solutions. Identify, propose, and influence solutions and negotiate deliverables and requirements.
  • Understand your customer demographic, how analytics impacts their work, their analytics maturity curve. Design the appropriate change management plan to help them progress.
  • Use written and visualization best practices to prepare deliverables in a consumable and relevant way for the right audience, while ensuring that the appropriate story is being told.
  • With the customer you will serve as the "voice of Talent Analytics" and represent total analytics portfolio (reports, dashboards, ad hoc analysis, strategic analytics, and projects). You will identify appropriate existing Talent Analytics service offerings to customers. Work in partnership with the rest of the Talent Analytics team to surface opportunities to develop new products or enhancements to current portfolio.
  • Responsible for creating a per customer focused roadmap, working closely with Product Owners and running annual and quarterly planning routines. Support development of an analytics product roadmap, in partnership with the Product Owner, involving long-term or multi-work streams.
  • Assess intake requests, provide input into effective prioritization, and help determine a solution path to meet current customer needs with the respective Product Owner.
  • Work within an agile environment, requires participation in some ceremonies for planning and user needs. Serve as the "voice of the customer" with the scrum teams.
  • Expertise in HR processes and concepts, and understand the impact on analysis and recommendations. You will serve as a thought leader and mentor.


About you:
  • Four-year degree and 4+ years of experience leveraging analytics, consulting, and storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging data visualization, storytelling, influencing stakeholders, consulting and change management principles
  • Self-directed and ability to solution with independent judgement and decision making
  • Ability to influence and present a point of view or recommendation
  • Active listener and ability to break down needs into actionable work
  • Genuine curiosity with how things work; motivated, self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal and visual communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
