Ideal candidates have one year customer service experience and must be organized, respectful, responsible, customer focused, and task-oriented. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and able to handle detail-oriented work are a plus.
Job duties include: Answering multi line phone systems and greeting customers. Providing professional customer service and processing customer orders. Troubleshoot and research customer inquiries. Data Entry. Closing out on all documents related to the purchase including state and loan documents.
Hours are 10:30-6:30 Monday-Thursday, and every other Friday and Saturday 8-5.
