Overview

Park Dental is seeking compassionate, professional Scheduling Managers to join our team-oriented practices. As a scheduling manager you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Education Requirements
Associates/Bachelor degree preferred or industry related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
• Professional customer service
• Effective communicator and team player
• Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
