St. Catherine University invites applications for an Administrative Assistant position which will jointly support the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership ( MAOL ), Master of Business Administration ( MBA ), and Sonography department. This is a regular, full-time position.

Supporting the MAOL , MBA , and Sonography departments, the Administrative Assistant position performs a wide variety of administrative support services which all contribute to the efficient operation of the University offices.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for the MAOL , MBA , and Sonography departments, as well as their Program Directors, professors, and adjunct faculty
  • Coordinating with other departments to maintain the academic course schedule, book orders, and faculty contracts
  • Assist in scheduling, planning, and coordinating appointments, events, courses, and processes
  • Provide information and support to current and prospective students related to program requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in timely, proactive, and constructive communication to all stakeholder groups
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Serve as administrative support for assessment and accreditation activities
  • Supervise student workers
  • Communicate respectfully and build relationships of trust with people of all cultures and abilities, affirming the worth and preserving the dignity of individuals, families, and communities.
