Customer Service Specialist

Miles Franklin, a thirty year old precious metals brokerage firm, is seeking an individual for the position of Customer Service Specialist for its rapidly growing precious metals brokerage company.  This job entails superior customer service via answering phones and emails and careful data entry into database software.  This position requires an energetic people person who enjoys engaging with customers and our brokers.  We are looking for someone who will generally make very few mistakes, and we are willing to compensate for this ability.  Although this work can be repetitive, every day will be unique, depending on the needs of our customers. You will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment with a team of friendly brokers and administrative assistants, and because Miles Franklin represents a family of related companies, your potential to grow with us is virtually limitless.  Experience with Macintosh computers, software, networked environments and VOIP phone systems is a big plus.
