Are you ready to help strategically grow Target's brand through leading-edge design, development, construction and preservation? Can you effectively balance the efficiencies of a large-design build company with the unique challenges and innovative solutions required by individual sites? Then take your place on one of our Properties teams, and help us make the most of Target's physical assets, both in the U.S. and overseas.

A role with our New Stores and Properties Segmentation team means working on our new stores in vibrant urban environments or in close proximity to university campuses, developing new market entries to bring the Target experience to new guests or supporting prioritized Guest segments and communities around the country. You will help identify, influence and implement efforts to better meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our Guests.

As Sr. Business Partner, Stores Performance, you will be responsible for developing the metrics and reporting necessary to assess progress against our prioritized Properties Stores Segmentation goals. You will need to identify the right data sets and reporting routines across key partners to define and measure success. You will develop communication vehicles & content to provide updates to stakeholders, the broader organization, leadership team and REACH Leadership. This role will be critical to not only assessing progress against short term goals, but also to work with partners across the enterprise to identify what success entails over the long term, in service of ensuring that we successfully serve our prioritized guest segments (starting with Black Guests) and communities for decades to come. Your thought leadership and support will be critical to reaching and serving new Black guests across the country.

Close partnership across the Properties Store Segmentation Team will be critical for your success, leveraging Run-State Operations expertise, processes and capabilities that are necessary to create actionable data insights and reporting. You will work across Store Operations, Merchandising, HR, Properties, Supply Chain, CR, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure that our stores and assets protections teams are set up to measure success, offering our guests an inviting, enjoyable shopping experience. You will be able to demonstrate progress over time through a myriad of success measures, including but not limited to Guest Access, Brand Affinity, Market Share and Economic Vitality in our prioritized stores.

Our stores serving prioritized Guest segments are central to Target's commitment to driving social change today and as Sr. Business Partner for Properties Store Segmentation Performance, you will be a critical leader to ensuring that our prioritized Stores demonstrate that commitment to our Black guests and the communities we serve across the country.
