Working within Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to attract new talent and launch people in roles that let them shine. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing candidates what it's really like to work somewhere they already love.

As the Sr. Recruitment Marketing Business Partner, you will support the development and execution of content strategies across Enterprise recruitment needs. You will serve as the strategic liaison/Marketing consultant to external and internal partner teams and ensure communication of project work across TA S&O and HR to key talent profile TA/Field leaders.

  • Plan and develop the content strategy across all recruitment focused channels including but not limited to the career site, social media, digital media, email, recruitment focused blogs, and 3rd party sponsored content
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to develop content strategies and solutions for key TA and enterprise priorities such as D&I, Culture, etc.
  • Plan and manage evergreen and timely content creation across owned and sponsored channels - including career site, social media, email, collateral and job boards - to engage both active and passive candidates, convey the Target employment brand, drive qualified application flow and help convert candidates to team members.
  • Maintain and help support the development of the talent attraction style guide, in partnership with Marketing partners, to review, maintain and develop creative assets across all channels
  • Direct creative partners including copywriters, graphic designers, photographers and videographers as needed to support content development in alignment with the talent acquisition style guide
  • Regularly support team members in the creation of media creative/assets to support priority hiring campaigns, including display paid media, out of home (OOH), sponsored social media posts, print collateral, etc.
  • Produce regular photo and/or video shoots in order to supply a refreshed library of photo and video assets in support of key hiring priorities
  • Publish content regularly to owned social media channels
  • Manage operations of employee-generated video and blog programs
  • Manage reviews and relationships with cross-functional partners including Communications, PR, Marketing and Legal

About you:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous content strategy and long-form and short-form content experience
  • Previous marketing experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings in written and verbal formats
  • Strong MS Office skills : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Ability to influence without authority and partner with others to deliver results
  • Demonstrated collaboration and strong interpersonal skills; must be able to establish credibility with all levels
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to create and maintain strong partnerships
  • Strong strategic thinking and creativity
