You will focus on helping the Target team, specifically Food and Beverage Supply Chain, adopt behaviors and continuously learn throughout key moments in their career. Your focus will be to ensure the organization is ready, willing and able to function at their best throughout transitions and transformations today and in the future.

As a Lead Client Engagement Consultant for Learning & Development for Food and Beverage Supply Chain, you will,

Serve as an interface point for team member development and change needs. Identify the most critical talent gaps and key moments or transitions that require talent development and/or change interventions (in partnership with HR and senior leaders). Execute on our service model by:
  • Marketing a common portfolio of development tools available to everyone when they need them
  • Create learning experiences to invest and build new capabilities prioritized with the Leadership Team
  • Develop our talent (team members and leaders) through large organizational & operating model transitions​
  • Gather insights and data about our talent to inform the development needs of the future
  • Identify and amplify stories of impact to showcase proof points of what's working well

About you:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Expert consulting skills (includes ability to lead, communicate, influence and demonstrate strong executive presence, business acumen and strategic mindset)
  • Effectively lead large complex cross-functional efforts and programs (includes robust project management, root cause analysis, scope and maintain service level agreements, develop resource recommendations, and strategy development)
  • Ability to take risks, innovate and challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances to achieve results
  • Excellent collaboration skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and leverage resources and to drive towards solutions
  • Demonstrated success in listening and gathering diverse perspectives and experiences to build successful programs that benefit underrepresented groups.
  • Proven ability to build broad and deep business acumen quickly
  • Experience developing strategic communication plans (Public Relations/ Marketing skills)
  • Experience curating and developing a portfolio of internal and external development content
  • Ability to work some evening shifts and travel (1-2 times per year) based on training needs
