As a Sr Project Manager, Visual you'll be responsible for leading a Project Management Team to deliver overall Visual goals efficiently and effectively, as well as initiate and champion new ideas to drive Visual in support of company and marketing goals. You will lead and expertly influence across teams to co-create, reshape and drive annual planning, end-to-end timing & action, project health and day to day routines that advance the overall Visual Team. Key to this role is the ability to cultivate and maintain partnerships and efficient working relationships with internal and external partners. You'll provide expertise and guidance on execution implementation across teams including Visual and other cross-functional internal and/or external partners. You'll inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance and foster a culture of collaboration and team-work across the organization. The person in this role will influence, coach, lead and develop a high-performing team of Visual experts. You'll evaluate individual and holistic performance, development and goals and drive strategic resource planning. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. About you:

• College degree or 8+ years managing a Project Management or equivalent Team
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills - able to connect across the organization
• Proven negotiation and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain Guest-centric focus
• Ability to influence at all levels
