As a Planning Operations lead, you will take the lead in the coordination of the transformation of business and project management processes for the Planning Organization. In close partnership with the Merchandising roundtable and Planning Leadership, you will take on the key coordination of developing a program plan for the simplification of existing routines and creating the appropriate program and learning plans to successfully deliver the objectives of your assigned work stream. You will structure program plan and coordination across Merch Roundtables for your assigned project. In addition, you will drive the learning plan, coordination of resources and work with Business Owners and Enterprise Teams to ensure activities are in service of answering and resolving the most important questions. This individual establishes program management routines with key partners which thoughtfully transition prototypes from Testing to Rollout/Implementation, including the thoughtful sequencing of the work and establishment of milestones and measurement.. You will ensure a common understanding of goals, objectives and outcomes across a diverse and vast set of stakeholder groups as well as Sr. Leadership during the transformation process. This role requires a leader who has excellent collaboration and communication skills and is a critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.

About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills that can be tailored to different audiences
• Ability to think in terms of future state, challenging the status quo, and envisioning paths from current to future state
• Ability to lead and manage multiple parallel efforts within a complex, highly matrixed organization
• Comfortable navigating and leading through ambiguous situations, diverse set of stakeholders and being able to influence Sr. Leadership and subject matter experts
• Experience developing or launching new business capabilities preferred
