As a Sr. Financial Analyst Expense Planning - Stores Finance, you will:
Plan, forecast, analyze and influence over $500M of Stores non-payroll expense.
Drive the core financial planning routines for Stores.

As a Sr. Financial Analyst Expense Planning - Stores Finance, you will:
Plan, forecast, analyze and influence over $500M of Stores non-payroll expense.
- Demonstrate curiosity to understand spend drivers and uncover savings opportunities.
- Partner with various HQ and field teams (Store Operations, Accounting, Procurement, etc.) to influence future expense and set appropriate goals and forecasts.
- Monitor results and drive budget accountability with the Stores teams, effectively managing store level expense.
Drive the core financial planning routines for Stores.
- Support Target's quarterly forecast, annual goal, LRP, and monthly actuals review processes through the development and streamlining of consolidation models and reporting.
- Develop Stores Expense subject matter expertise - maintain a close pulse on business results and react as needs arise.
- Be a leader on the team in terms of understanding Stores financial data systems, financial planning deliverables and deadlines, and serving as a resource to help troubleshoot questions, seek out experts, and problem solve.

About you:
- Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
- Four or more years Finance/Accounting or related Operations experience
- Experience working with spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organization skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong initiative and willingness to take risks
