As a Graphic Designer, you will be part of a team that supports the creative development of branding and packaging for Target's portfolio of exclusive brands, while maintaining consistent brand standards, with a high taste level and standard of creativity.

You will utilize your refined branding and graphic design skills to collaborate with teams and leaders to develop world class creative across Target's Own Brands Portfolio. Leverage your design expertise, and your eye for detail to create compelling, usable and inspirational content that connects to our evolving guest. You will work cross-functionally creating brand identity and style guides that bring Target's Own Brands to life. You will remain up to date on emerging trends in the fields of branding, design and packaging.

We will support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Designer. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
1-4 years of design experience, to include Brand Identity

Solid portfolio demonstrating breadth of design and related experience; please include portfolio link in your application/resume

Solid use of MAC computer programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

Strong organizational and project tracking skills as well as asset management

Possesses problem solving, critical thinking, presentation and communication skills
