Beyond our world-class service centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Service Center Shared Operations (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our service centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (RedCard, GiftCard). The Credit Strategy and Compliance team manages the credit card program and related interactions with our bank partner, and includes the Credit Strategy, Credit Risk Underwriting and Compliance functions. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

  • Lead strategic and operational initiatives that optimize staffing across and within service centers for both internal and 3rd party workgroups
  • Lead the ongoing evaluation of various staffing strategies
  • Lead the development and implementation of rigorous internal governance processes
  • ·Collaborate with enterprise leadership to build best practices for service center resources
  • Ensure that internal service centers and 3rd parties are implementing best practices


You will partner regularly with Service Center Sr. Leaders, Vendor Leadership, Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Change, Human Resources, Finance, Security, FRS Operations & Product team and Indirect Spend & procurement. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:
  • Four year degree.
  • 8+ years business experience
  • Proven ability to collaboratively develop and implement new business strategies
  • Ability to build strategic vision and drive change
  • Experience influencing key business partners without authority
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
  • Proven ability to effectively challenge the status quo
  • Strong analytical, reasoning and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
