Our client, Missouri Slope Areawide United Way in Bismarck, ND, has a career opportunity for an energetic and passionate individual as their Resource Development Manager. This position is responsible for directing, planning and coordinating fundraising campaigns and sponsorship's. In addition providing year-round visible presence to the community and other external stakeholders in an effort to create broad support for and awareness of the organization. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in business administration, non-profit management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have fundraising and public relations experience with the ability to communicate effectively both written and oral. Building and retaining strong relationships with others is essential to this position. Experience in sales and marketing is a plus.
