Senior Engineer

Target Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Engineer at our offices in Minneapolis, MN. The Senior Engineer is responsible for writing, developing and unit testing software as well as building, testing and implementing infrastructure components to meet design specifications. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 24 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) working with data modeling and database design; (2) using design patterns, data structures including Arrays, Linked Lists, Maps, Sets, and also algorithms including Binary Search, Quick Sort, Merge Sort and Counting Sort; (3) utilizing continuous integration and continuous delivery tools including GIT, Drone, Gradle, and Artifactory; (4) designing and implementing REST based micro web services using Java and Spring Boot; and (5) working in test-driven development using open source testing framework including JUnit and Spock.
