Walters Recycling & Refuse is currently hiring for ENERGETIC, TEAM PLAYERS, and CUSTOMER-FOCUSED CDL-Truck DRIVERS!

Blaine, MN

FULL-TIME, DAY SHIFT, OVERTIME

Pay Range: $20 - $25 (approximately $57,200 - $71,500 total with overtime & bonuses)

Walters is looking for CDL Truck Drivers to safely operate vehicles and mechanized devices while following established routes in residential and industrial areas. (Truck types: front load, side load, roll-off, rear-load, cart delivery box trucks, mobile cart washing, and fork trucks).

1. Class A or B CDL License

2. Brake Endorsement

3. Clean Driving Record

4. Mapping Skills

5. 21 years of age or older & eligible to work in the US.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and sitting for long periods of time

2. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT health evaluation, and physical assessment.
